Douglas S. Stone

 Douglas Stephens Stone, age 81 of Gallatin, passed away on Monday July 28, 2014 at the Hendersonville Medical Center.  A graveside service will be conducted on Friday, August 1, 2014 at 1:00 P.M., at the Gallatin City Cemetery.  Douglas was born in Trousdale County, Tennessee to the late Charlie and Idell Cothron Stone.  Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Bobbie Jane Stone French; brothers, Charles and Robert Stone.  He is survived by his wife Lorene, and four grandchildren; Shane Lather and wife Melissa of Beaufort , SC, Stephanie Eader and husband Mark of League City, TX, Jeffrey French of La Porte, TX and Stacy French and wife Amy of Carrolton, TX;  four great grandchildren, Marley and Wyatt Lather and Douglas, Lance Eader.
