Dr. David Anthony "Tony" Stone

Dr.  David Anthony “Tony” Stone, D.O. of Hendersonville, passed away on Monday, March 17, 2014.  He was born on January 3, 1950 to the late James Wilbur Stone and Ethel Mae Gentry Stone.  Dr. Stone was an anesthesiologist practicing with a group in East Tennessee, and co-owned Stone Urgent Care and Anesthesia Pain Center in Nashville with his wife, Dr. Rosa Stone D.O..  Besides his wife, he is survived by a brother, Randall Lamont Stone of Oklahoma; aunt, Wilene Gentry Brooks of Gallatin; and several cousins. Funeral Service will be conducted on Saturday, March 22 at 3:00 P.M. from the chapel of Anderson Funeral Home with John Young officiating.  Burial will follow in the Crestview Memorial Park.  Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21 at 2:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. and will resume on Saturday at 12 Noon until service time.  Anderson Funeral Home, 202 E. Main Street, Gallatin is in charge of the arrangements.
