Earlene "Bunch" Womack

Earlene “Bunch” Womack, age 82 of Gallatin, passed away on Monday, April 28, 2014 at the Gallatin Health Care Center.  Funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, May 1^st at 11:00 A.M. from the chapel of Anderson Funeral Home with her grandson, Father Michael Spurlock, officiating.  Pallbearers will be her granddaughters, Stephanie Piper, Tracy Sayles, Nikki Briley, Jane Derryberry and Rachel Keene.  The burial will be private.  Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 30^th from 2:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and will resume on Thursday at 9:00 A.M. until service time.  “Bunch” was born in Sumner County, TN on May 13, 1931 to the late Ellis H. and Donna Atwell McCrary.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Bill McCrary.  She is survived by her daughters, Edna Jean Blunkall (Jerry), and Debby Derryberry  (Ron Honeycutt), all of Castalian Springs; sisters, Agnes Parker, Peggy Brimm  (James), and Jean Cage (Bud), all of Gallatin; her former husband, and father of her children, Royce Womack; six grandchildren, Michael Spurlock (Aimee), Stephanie Piper (Randy), Tracy Sayles (Trent), Nikki Briley (Carey), Jane Derryberry and Rachel Keene (Jeremy); beloved nephew, Bill McCrary Jr. (Anne); great grandchildren, T.J., Whitney, Atticus, Jackson, Gage, Andrew, Chloe, Alex, Eden and Hadley;  and numerous nieces and nephews.
