Joane Nicole Martine Phillips

Joane Nicole Martine Phillips, age 64 of Portland, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2023 at her residence.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Nicole Benjamine Legoupil.

She is survived by her daughters, Jasmine Swaner Murphy (Will) of Hendersonville, Megan Nicole Waggoner (Brock) of White House; grandchildren, Addison Waggoner, Jacob Murphy, Cayden Waggoner, Sara Murphy, Knox Murphy; father, Harold Dean Phillips; sisters, Gwen Miller, and Brigitte Stewart; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be conducted on Monday, March 20, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at Our Lady Of The Lake Church with Fr. Gilstrap presiding.  A luncheon will follow immediately there at the church.
