Nellie Marie Pryor

Marie Pryor, age 80, of Gallatin passed away on Friday, January 17, 2014.  Marie was born on September 24, 1933, daughter of the late Floyd Richard Brooks and Fannie Moss Brooks.  In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Philip Ward Pryor; sister, Georgia Bea Coker; brothers, Howard Glenn Brooks, James Ray Brooks, Floyd Richard Brooks, Jr., Herman Lewis Brooks, Robert Dewey Brooks and Thomas Larry Brooks.  She is survived by daughter, Debra Ann Pryor; son, Jeffrey Philip Pryor both of Gallatin; sisters, Minnie Elizabeth Maratta of Red Boling Springs and Martha Ruth Hodges of the Rock Bridge Community; brothers, Raymond Eugene Brooks and Melvin Randall Brooks both of Gallatin and her dear friend Royce Ward Havens, of Gallatin and several nieces, nephews and friends.  One of Marie’s favorite past times was playing and coaching softball.  To fulfill Marie’s wishes there will be no services.
