Pamela J. Carter

Pamela Carter, age 72, passed away on August 28, 2026, at her home in Cottontown, TN.
She was born April 12, 1954, in Middleboro, MA, to the late Arthur and Muriel Souza.

Pamela is survived by loving husband, Thomas Carter, children Harry Burch, Stacey Burch, Jamie (Meghan) Burch, (step) daughter Rhonda Smith, 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren as well as sister Cynthia Johnson, sister Linda Tremblay, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Pamela was best known for her love for her family and her love of animals. She will be dearly missed by all those who knew her.
