Robbie Gray Gregory, age 79 of Lafayette, formerly of Jackson County, passed away on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at the Sumner Regional Medical Center. 

A native of Jackson County, Tennessee, she was born to the late Hazel and Lena (Draper) Huffines.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by sister, Zelema Draper; brothers, Vernon Huffines, Bernon Huffines, and Ralph Huffines.

Mrs. Gregory was a fiercely independent woman, loving mother and grandmother who loved being surrounded by her family.  In her youth, she was a member of the Ralph Sloan Tennessee Travelers.  She possessed a strong entrepreneurial spirit owning several businesses in the area.  She was a talented artist, massive Tennessee Titans fan, and a beautician for many years. 

She is survived by her daughter, Susie Hall of Gallatin; grandchildren, Desiree Hall  and her husband Jonathan of Los Angeles, CA, Deidra Hall of Portland, Henry “Dusty” Hall and his wife Brandy of White House; great-grandchild, Connor Hall of White House; brother, Don Huffines of Hendersonville; sisters, Thelma Franklin of Lafayette, and Merlene Mosley of Lebanon.

The family will have a celebration of life on Saturday, November 25, 2017 from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. at the home of Gale & Leonard Moudy, 1115 Chenault Lane, in Castalian Springs.
