Trudi Marie Blizzard

Trudi Marie Blizzard, age 60 of Gallatin, passed away on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at the Sumner Regional Medical Center.

She was born in Waukegan, Illinois to the late Eugene Galvin and Jean Frances (Osborne) Galvin.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepmother, Carol Ann Galvin; and a sister, Kim Galvin Renick. 

She is survived by her husband of 26 years, Kenneth L. Blizzard; children, Gregory Galvin Blizzard (Sarah Marie Cash), Olivia C. Blizzard, Christian L. Blizzard; grandchildren, Octavia Lane Galvin, and Kaden Cash, all of Gallatin; siblings, Michael Galvin (Belinda) of Salt Lake City, UT, Patrice Saul of Roanoke, VA, Kathi Gurin (Nicholas) of Taos, NM, Brian Galvin (Michele) of Williamsburg, VA, and Leslie Turner (Mark) of Moneta, VA.

Trudi had a natural nurturing spirit, and was lovingly called “Mom” by all of the children who crossed her path, or entered her home.

Memorial service will be conducted on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. from the chapel of Anderson Funeral Home.  Visitation will also be held on Saturday, February 5, 2022 from 12:00 Noon until service time.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Anderson Funeral Home, 202 E. Main Street, Gallatin.
