Vada McDonald

 Vada Mitchell McDonald, age 83, died Thursday, March 26, 2015 at Sumner Regional Medical Center with family by her side.

 Born in Toney, AL, one of six children, she is survived by one brother Douglas Mitchell of Rogersville, AL.

Mrs. McDonald spent many years living in the Washington DC area.  She worked as a secretary for the various armed services in DC, and then at the Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville AL where she met and married John E. McDonald.   She is preceded in death by her husband.    

 She is survived by three children, Robert McDonald, Gallatin resident; Anne McDonald, Lebanon resident; and Julia Quaedvlieg, Lebanon, TN.  She is also survived by her grandson, Gavin Quaedvlieg, Lebanon resident.

Her loving nature will be missed by countless family and friends.
A memorial will be held in AL, at a yet to be determined time.
